Operating instructions

You will receive a test kit at home containing the following; 3 object slides, clear sample collection tape, step-by-step plan, history card, bubble envelopes and return sticker.

1. Using the tape between the toes, gently take a sample. 
2. Place the tape on the object glass.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all slides are filled.
4. Carefully add the total into the enclosed bubble envelope.
5. Use the return label for shipping.
6. You will receive the results by email within 14 days.
